Peter A. Csíkos, President

Peter has nearly ten years of experience in managing high-growth, start-up companies in the CEE region. He began his career as a Business Development Associate and Manager of SOLVO Biotechnology, a VC financed Deloitte Fast50 start-up. He was responsible for large account sales of the company's ABC transporter product line. Later, he became head of Innovations and Technology Transfer of Eotvos Lorand University, where he established the technology transfer system and functions of the institute and strengthened the university's connections with industries. For two years, he was the Business Development Director of ValDeal Innovations, the first for-profit technology incubator established in the CEE region, where he created investable cases from start-up projects and took part in creating start-up companies in the fields of Life Sciences and IT. Today, Peter is also an Adjunct Senior Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at CEU Business School.

Domonkos Tikk, PhD, Chief Executive and Technology Officer, co-founder 

Domonkos, a Humboldt Scholar, received his PhD in computer science in 2000. Since then, he has worked on machine learning techniques and control problems as a researcher and project leader. Domonkos won several international contests on recommendation systems, text and data mining. He fouded Gravity R&D with his fellow researchers in 2007 and became the first business manager of the company. After spending 1.5 years in Berlin as a Humboldt scholar he returned to the company to lead the data mining team and became CEO of the company in 2012.

András Borbély, Chief Financial Officer
András, our guru in monetary matters has an extensive consultancy background in fundraising, acquisitions and financial management of startups. András was particularly successful at raising seed capital and financially managing innovation-intensive companies at ValDeal Innovations. In the little free time he has, András likes skiing and is a ski instructor. 

Zoltán Petres, VP of Product

Having participated in teams doing robotics research in the Netherlands, Australia and Japan, Zoltán has global experience in putting artificial intelligence to work. He got so good at it, that the European Union granted him 4 million Euros to support his efforts on five different projects. A former ICT-sector business consultant at ValDeal, Zoltán is now a chief brain of product development at Gravity.

Ted Colella, VP of Sales, North America

Ted is a seasoned broadband sales professional with a successful history of launching new products (HW/SW/Wireless) for start up companies in the Broadband Industry from business development thru to the customer sales. Ted makes sales happen for Gravity R&D in North America.
